Dear God: Thank you for the food I am about to eat and all those who took part in the growing, distributing and creating of it. May it strengthen my bones, my heart, my internal organs, balance my electrolytes and raise my iron levels.  May it help my body, soul and spirit thrive so I can better serve you and share my light with those in need of your holy spirit and love.
